Welcome to our Intensive Yoga Teacher Training, where you will stay with us during the education, in our beautiful place for Ashram living in the forest of Norway.
We will teach you Htha and Ayurveda, and give you a "taste-experience" of different styles like Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini and Yin yoga as well.
Anatomy, History and Philosophy will be covered as well as business-planning.
Main teacher, Ingeborg Helene Aanonsen, has more than 30 years of experience of yoga and more than 20 years of teaching, from Raja, Hatha to Medical, Kundalini and Ashtanga, together with a solid Ayveda background.
